Terms of use
1. Who we are
tempono helps Dutch primary schools with curriculum compacting and enrichment for pupils who are ready for more. tempono is made by Tim Meerhof, Schiedam. These terms apply to tempono.com, app.tempono.com and the connection with your AI assistant.
2. tempono is still in development
We build tempono together with teachers. Parts may change or go away, and sometimes something breaks. Using tempono costs nothing at the moment. If that changes, we tell you well in advance and you decide whether to continue.
3. Your account
- tempono is for teachers and others who work in education.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- You can close your account at any time: email privacy@tempono.com. The privacy statement says what happens to your data then.
4. What you make stays yours
Bundles, plannings and images you make stay yours. You allow us to store, show and process them as far as tempono needs to work. If you share something in a workspace or in the library, others can see it and use it in their own teaching.
Only put things in tempono that you may use: no texts or images of others you have no permission for.
5. No pupil data in bundles
Bundles are lesson content. Don't put pupils' names or other details about pupils in them. Pupil data, such as test results, belongs in the part of tempono meant for it, under the agreement your school makes with us (the data processing agreement).
6. Your AI assistant
If you connect your own assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, the terms of that provider apply to what you share with it. An assistant can make mistakes. Check what it writes before you use it with pupils: you decide what goes into the classroom.
7. What isn't allowed
- Using tempono for anything against the law, or for content that isn't suitable for children.
- Trying to get into what you have no access to, or overloading or disrupting tempono.
- Using tempono to collect other people's data.
If someone doesn't keep to this, we may take content down or close their account.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep tempono working well and safely, and we make backups, but we can't promise it is always available and free of errors. Keep what matters to you yourself too, for instance as a PDF. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using tempono. This doesn't apply to intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes
As tempono changes, these terms may change too. The date at the top says when we last updated them. We tell teachers with an account about big changes.
10. Law and contact
Dutch law applies to these terms. Questions? Email hallo@tempono.com.
